The Human Development Foundation Forum’s Monitoring and Evaluation for Development Results training is just around the corner and I would like to personally extend an invitation to you on behalf of HDFF! HDFF's 5-day Monitoring and Evaluation for Development Results will teach the participants from non-profit organizations and government ministries the most widely used M&E tools and methods accepted by major donors such as USAID, DFID, and UN agencies among others.
Training Objectives:
§ To understand the concept of monitoring, its objectives, procedures, and how it applies to development projects
§ To understand and to be able to apply the principles and tools of evaluation to donor-funded projects
§ To be able to create and apply monitoring and evaluation tools to development projects
§ To create and utilize a problem tree, an objective tree, and a budget as methods to manage and measure project outputs
What: Learn from specialist how to apply monitoring and evaluation tools specifically to a development context fitting your organization’s work and how to communicate those results to stakeholders and potential donors
Why: Understanding of M&E tools is critical in keeping development organizations competitive today, both in creating projects with the largest impact and in attracting donors, learn from industry experts and take your new knowledge back to your organization
